Regulatory engagement
At the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, we comment and submit testimony on rate cases, integrated resource plans, and gas-expansion proposals. We also engage other planning processes that shape Washington’s energy future — bringing a public-interest voice to rooms often dominated by industry.
What is our superpower?
We wrestle with the details of policies, regulations, and bills, and distill the parts the public needs to know. We write and distribute letters, public comments, and petitions that anyone can read and understand. By making complex decisions accessible, we help citizens and organizations participate in them.
