PSE's preliminary 2027 Integrated System Plan (ISP) would build 20 new gas plants and an unproven nuclear plant while leaving its gas system largely unchanged — incurring billions in pollution fees that PSE expects to pass on to customers through higher bills. WCEC proposes a diversified clean portfolio that cuts emissions, lowers customer bills, reduces risk, and delivers a more equitable future for all.
